Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026

Tommy Coconut Private Resorts (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website www.tommycoconutprivateresorts.com and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you make a booking, subscribe to our newsletter, fill out a form, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and payment information.

We always count anonymous page activity using five-minute totals grouped only by public page, language, page version, broad traffic channel and broad device class. These totals do not contain an IP address, browser identifier, user agent, full or referring URL, query string, click identifier, exact event time, form value or interaction detail. If you allow optional Analytics, we may also collect technical and engagement information needed to understand a complete visit, including IP address, browser type, referring URL and website interactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to process your bookings and reservations, communicate with you about your stay and our services, send you marketing communications (with your consent), improve our website and services, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, such as payment processors, email service providers, and advertising platforms (including Google, Meta/Facebook and OpenAI for advertising purposes).

4. Advertising

Optional advertising tools from Google, Meta and OpenAI help us measure our ads and may use cookies or similar technologies. With your advertising choice, OpenAI may match saved enquiries and confirmed calls to ChatGPT ads using click identifiers and securely hashed contact information detected on the website. Advertising starts off and runs only with your choice. You can change or withdraw that choice using Privacy choices in the footer. On mobile Apply and Design forms, the same control is beside the form actions.

5. Cookies

We always count anonymous page activity so we can keep the website useful. Optional Analytics lets us understand complete visits. Advertising helps us measure ads. Booking works either way. The anonymous page count creates no cookie, browser storage, visitor ID or visit history, and it is never joined to a later consented visit. Analytics and Advertising are separate choices, and both start off. We remember your choices in a cookie and browser storage for up to one year, unless you change them or we ask you to choose again. Your enquiry and call booking work when both optional choices are rejected. Necessary form progress, contact and source information, and essential error diagnostics continue to support those services. Older standalone landing pages open Privacy choices in a new tab; saved changes apply there after you reload the landing page.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Anonymous five-minute page-activity totals are retained for no more than 13 months.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
